Merkur Gaming will return to SAGSE in Buenos Aires when, this year, the show takes place on unfamiliar dates (September 11 to 13) and in Argentina’s springtime but still as the representative event for South America’s international gaming industry community.

The firm, a Gold sponsor of the show, will exhibit its made in Germany models Evostar Trio and Avantgarde Trio. Heading the line-up on show will be new games that have proved themselves to be firm favourites with players, Pharaohs Riches, Deep Sea Treasure, Asian Riches, Secret Area 81, Sindbad and many more.

Merkur Gaming Argentina and colleagues from across Merkur Gaming Americas will be joined by Gauselmann Group subsidiary companies international cash handling experts GeWeTe and specialist in the development of B2B online casino solutions, Edict.

In 2017 Merkur Gaming Argentina, headed by its general manager Alejandro Saraintaris, was a new company and a new name to some operators in Argentinian gaming. The past year, however, has seen the company build its team, its infrastructure and its brand reputation, resulting in widespread installations throughout the country, from Rio Negro in the south right up to Jujuy, Salta and Formosa in the north. Expansion from the Merkur Gaming office has also taken place internationally, with the Merkur name now well familiar in both Uruguay and Paraguay.

CEO of Merkur Gaming Americas, Charles Hiten, stated: “Despite the enforced date change that for this year puts SAGSE just weeks ahead of G2E in the calendar, Merkur Gaming expects and predicts another great show. After all, a show with a 26 editions pedigree guarantees to do things right, as do we at Merkur Gaming. The successful and widespread introduction of our products into Argentina’s gaming landscape is a tribute to our local team and, with the extensive product range that we will display, I am sure that significant new business opportunities will be opened up as Merkur Gaming once again takes a leading role at SAGSE.”
