BMM Testlabs has been given approval by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board as and independent testing lab for interactive gaming equipment and interactive game themes to be utilized within the state.

The firm’s chief operating officer, Travis Foley, commented: “BMM has been licensed and approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board as an ITL since 2015. We are pleased to have received this new approval and appreciate the opportunity to continue to provide our expertise across the interactive gaming space.”

Under the auspices of the approval, BMM will perform testing services on interactive game software utilizing the standards within board regulations, as well as provide its test reports to the board’s gaming laboratory.

Foley concluded: “BMM would like to thank the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. We look forward to exceeding all expectations.”

BMM’s new license comes right on cue with interest in sports betting in Pennsylvania beginning to generate significant momentum. The owner of Parx Casino in Philadelphia has applied for a sports wagering permit, as has Penn National Gaming which operates the Hollywood Casino in Harrisburg.
