Boyd Gaming Corporation has confirmed that it has completed its acquisition of Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Located 20 miles west of downtown Philadelphia, Valley Forge is Boyd Gaming’s first property in the state. The company now owns and operates 25 casino properties in the eight states of Nevada, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Pennsylvania.
