Evolution expands US footprint following Pennsylvania deal

Evolution Gaming has announced a deal has been signed which will see it provide Live Casino services from its planned Pennsylvania studio to Penn National Gaming.

The deal will see Penn National Gaming use Evolution’s live casino production hub to stream live table games to its Pennsylvania based players.

James Stern, Chief Business Development Officer for America & Land-based at Evolution, commented: “We very much look forward to delivering world-class Live Casino gaming for their players along with operational excellence, peace of mind and exciting revenue potential for their business.”

The news follows the October announcement that the live dealer software supplier had strengthened its existing partnership with Scientific Games after agreeing to roll out its range of live casino solutions to the Open Gaming System distribution network.

At the time, Stern stated: “We have worked with Scientific Games for a number of years on exclusive game content and we are glad to extend this relationship and have Evolution’s Live Casino available on the Scientific Games platform.”

The Evolution studio is set to house over 10 online live tables as well as a range of Evolution game variants which will include American Roulette, scalable Infinite Blackjack, Blackjack with side bets, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker, Side Bet City and Auto Roulette.

The scheduled date for the studio launch is 2020, however, further games look set to be added before then as the studio is expected to expand prior to launch.

Penn offers its social online gaming services through its Penn Interactive Ventures division and is one of the USA’s largest gaming companies. It operates 40 facilities in 18 jurisdictions across North America.
