Gaming compliance and regulatory training specialist Lightstone Solutions has announced the launch this week of a new Tribal Gaming Commission On-Site Training Series that will run from 2020-2021.

The series comprises a suite of training programs covering best practices in conducting investigations into gaming regulations; internal workplace; vendor due diligence/background; and employee background.

It also covers off casino surveillance department training/best practice in addition to the preparation, review and revision of regulatory manuals and policies and procedures.

CEO Bill Papazian explained: “The on-site training programs are for groups of five or more and typically run between one and three days, are fully customizable to the needs of the Tribal Gaming Commission, and will benefit multidisciplinary staff members including background investigators, gaming inspectors, surveillance officers, audit, compliance, human resources and gaming commissioners.”

He added: “The program is suitable for experienced gaming regulatory professionals as well as those who are new to the field.”

Those who attend all sessions will be given a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program for the number of hours of the training program.
