Score Media and Gaming Inc has named Dan Sabreen as Director of Communications. In this role, he will lead the firm’s US media relations efforts, spearheading publicity for its sports media, esports and sports betting businesses. He will be based in theScore’s New York City office.

A seasoned communications executive, Sabreen most recently was Vice President of Public Relations for the New York Knicks where he served as the team’s chief strategist and spokesperson, overseeing all public relations activities for the team. 

Previously, he worked for CBS Sports for more than a decade, most recently as Vice President, Communications. While at CBS, he was responsible for helping to oversee publicity and communications efforts for all CBS Sports properties, including broadcast, cable and social media. 

Sabreen played a key role in driving publicity for campaigns supporting CBS Sports’ coverage of Super Bowl 50, the NFL’s Thursday Night Football, the NCAA Tournament, Southeastern Conference football and the Army-Navy game as well as studio and original programming.
